Atelier Graff takes an inclusive, convivial approach that fosters exchanges and supports the creative process. It encourages the spread of ideas through meetings and dialogue among artists on the local, national and international scene, and strives to boost networking and partnership through dissemination and exchange activities.
Exchanges and meetings
In order to foster an exchange of ideas and knowledge and to encourage the development of print media, Graff invites artists whose practice is closely related to printmaking to present their work to the art community and the general public.
Atelier Graff regularly invites artists from disciplines other than printmaking to produce an edition under the supervision of an expert printmaker.
Atelier Graff regularly invites foreign artists to present their work to the community in addition to offering an advanced internship in a printmaking technique.
Trans-Canada Exchange Program
Every year, the Trans-Canada Exchange Program allows three members of Atelier Graff to do a creation residency project in three centers specialised in contemporary printmaking. In exhange, Atelier Graff hosts artists from the three centers.
